Blacksmith Reroll Price Cap

Ive found it very hard to try and get an effect on an item because the price just keeps going up and up and it would be nice if the price would cap at 5 echo shards

    I would say 5 is too low (not for the current shard cap, but i think they should increase it to maybe 1000). with the higher shar cap, i would say 10-20 per reroll would be more fair, and even without it, 10 shard cap seems really fair imo

    I think the 20 cap for rerolls is a good price, but the shard character carry capacity needs to also be raised to 99,999.
