Error Code 0064 - Dungeons 2

Going on Day 3 of not being able to access the game. I have tried all fixes Mojang and Microsoft have provided and still cant access the game. Its unreal. Fix your game! I can play the other Dungeon no issue, any other games no issue using my microsoft account. Its awful!!!

    I think its to do with the network, it took almost 4 hours for me. I'm not fully sure though.

    Same issue here on Windows PC with the Microsoft Store/Xbox version.

    The game is correctly available to the affected child account: Microsoft Store, Xbox app and Minecraft Launcher all show “Play”, not “Buy”.

    All other Minecraft games work normally with the same Microsoft account:

    • Minecraft: Java Edition
    • Minecraft: Bedrock Edition
    • Minecraft Dungeons
    • Minecraft Legends

    This also means that the Microsoft account, Xbox authentication and the existing family/purchase setup are working correctly.

    Minecraft Dungeons II launches successfully, but then fails during PlayFab authentication with:

    Error code: 0064
    PlayFab ID: B4D0B812B80697F7

    We have already repaired the installation, started the game directly from the Xbox app, restarted Windows and synchronized the system clock. The error persists.

    Since all other Minecraft titles work correctly with the same account and Dungeons II is recognized as playable by the Microsoft Store, Xbox app and Minecraft Launcher, this does not appear to be a general Microsoft account, family-sharing or entitlement problem.

    It appears to fail specifically during the Minecraft Dungeons II → PlayFab authentication step.

    Im Going on Day 24 now with a pre ordered version. Same thing 0064 auth fail. Bought on Steam. Same thing happened with MCD1 for ages before I could play it. Tried everything many times. Friends copies work fine. Paid another 9.99 to on xbox to match xbox and steam names as it said this could be the reason but same. Tried to get the capes but I Cant now because time is up, spent hours on twitch to unlock stuff probably a waste of time now too. So sick of this.
