Stop making digital goods like capes a limited number on twitch/tiktok

I see this a around here, but I shouldn't have to contact support for platforms to tell me to contact minecraft support because they dont have any more keys when I have proof i got a cape day 1.

I wish mojang/microsoft would stop limiting these keys so everyone can have a shot at it.

I hate being sent around in a circle when it comes to things like this.
