Missing Pre-order Bonus – Twisted Cape

I pre-ordered the physical Nintendo Switch 2 version of Minecraft Dungeons II from Amazon UK. The physical copy included a redemption code for the Soul Cape, and I successfully redeemed that code. However, I have not received the Twisted Cape, which should be included as a pre-order bonus. Could you please check my order and account and help me receive the missing Twisted Cape?

Similar situation, everything redeemed in eshop went fine, but none of the preorder bonuses are showing in game.

To the person who said "I know why. The code could only be used till the 28 of september" how could you use a code you get at the earliest on the 29th before it?
