Missing Pre-order Bonus – Twisted Cape

I pre-ordered the physical Nintendo Switch 2 version of Minecraft Dungeons II from Amazon UK. The physical copy included a redemption code for the Soul Cape, and I successfully redeemed that code. However, I have not received the Twisted Cape, which should be included as a pre-order bonus. Could you please check my order and account and help me receive the missing Twisted Cape?
