Herobrine has been part of Minecraft's history and community for many years. Instead of officially revealing him all at once, I think Mojang should keep the mystery alive and slowly develop him over the years.
His first appearance could be extremely subtle.
During October, there could be an incredibly rare chance for a zombie to spawn with white eyes. It would look and behave almost exactly like a normal zombie, but it would have a unique identity and could disappear shortly after the player encounters it.
There would be no announcement, achievement, message, or explanation. Most players would never see it.
Over the years, Mojang could gradually add new extremely rare Herobrine-related events, with each update revealing just a little more. At first, players might only see the strange zombie. Later, they might notice unusual structures, unexplained events, or other subtle signs.
Herobrine should never become an ordinary boss or a normal mob. His story should remain mysterious and develop slowly, allowing the Minecraft community to discover it together.
The old “Removed Herobrine” joke could even remain in the changelogs.
Don't explain Herobrine. Let Minecraft slowly tell his story.
