Add an autumn grass block for the Dappled Forest instead of biome tinting.

The Dappled Forest looks great, but its orange ground cover is just a regular Grass Block recolored by the biome's grass colormap. That means the color disappears the moment the block is placed outside the biome, so this palette can't really be used for building.
Other Dappled Forest blocks like Red Shrubs and Poplar Leaves keep their colors anywhere, which makes the inconsistency more noticeable — the most iconic part of the biome's look is the one thing you can't take with you.
A dedicated autumn grass block would let players build this style in any world, including older seeds that don't generate the biome.
