Ice crystal block: new luminous block

Despite forming in a similar fashion to amethysts, at the moment ice crystal cannot be crafted into blocks.

I propose to give ice crystals two new crafting recipes:

• When arranged 2x2= Light ice crystal block: Produces light level of 4
• When arranged 3x3 = Compact ice crystal block: Produces light level of 10 (similar to soul torch)

These creates not only parity to the other crystal family, but also introduces new light source blocks (albeit dim) that are colored blue.

  could also be crafted into ice-lantern and torch maybe, dim but safe (in ice caves, since icicles falling when overexposed to light) and subtle light source, torch could look like blue reskin of redstone torch, only issue I imagine is general confusion with people thinking that would be some "bluestone" torch, more interesting I see lantern, that would be crafted like regular lantern but instead of torch, putting in ice crystals, lantern having blue texture inside and frame of whatever material they are made of (not sure which metal is fitting best to them, maybe copper to differ them more from soul lanterns), similar to soul fire, but not nearly as saturated, much closer to white like ice crystals are than soul fire is, it would be nice block easily placed in places you want some dimmer light, fitting well in some smaller cold-looking builds better than more bright light sources
