Please bring back Minecraft Legacy Console Edition as a separate official edition for PlayStation 3, PlayStation 4, PlayStation 5, Xbox, and PC. Legacy Console Edition was not just an old version of Minecraft; it had its own identity, menus, interface, textures, worlds, maps, mini-games, gameplay, and atmosphere that many players grew up with and still miss.
I am not asking you to remove or replace Bedrock Edition. I am asking you to bring Legacy back alongside it as its own permanent edition. Keep the classic Legacy experience, including its menus, textures, worlds, maps, mini-games, gameplay style, and features, while allowing the edition to receive new updates.
New updates could add new mobs, blocks, biomes, items, structures, worlds, maps, and other Minecraft features without removing what made Legacy special. It could also receive modern improvements such as better performance, online multiplayer, and modern console support while still keeping the classic Legacy identity.
Please consider releasing it again through the PlayStation Store, Xbox, and PC, with a version for modern consoles such as PS4 and PS5. Give players the choice to play Bedrock or Legacy depending on the experience they want.
Many players would love to return to the Minecraft they remember from childhood. Legacy Console Edition should not have to remain only a memory. Please bring it back, keep it available, and let it grow with new content while preserving the classic experience.
