Updated Echo Shard

Echo shards only have one use. so why not give them a second use with a new villager like in Minecraft dungeons 2. Its a special librarian like the Minecraft Dungeons 2 enchanter. it uses echo shards to upgrade enchantments by one level (e.g. Sharpness 1 -> 2 using 5 echo shards and a book). it would make the echo shard have a second use and be similar to Minecraft Dungeons 2
