With the announcement of the ice caves, I feel like using the new ice crystals for a wind chime could be a cool ambient feature. Crafted using 4 ice crystals surrounding a breeze rod gives you the wind chime. Like Firefly bushes, placing these chimes down can create tiny particle effects of wind around it, and occasionally play melodic chimes. Maybe you could tune these chimes to a certain noise, or use redstone to manually play the chime. You could also place them down near firefly bushes to get a special particle effect of the fireflies swooshing in the wind. These particles could also possibly interact with many other particles too, such as falling leaves or torch fires. Whether it's a mysterious, cool wind flowing through the ice caverns, or a nice summer breeze above, these wind chimes could make for a nice decoration, and provide an interesting particle effect to use.
