Iceologer

The iceologer would perfectly fit into this gamedrop, cause the freezing theme is like the iceologer.

    Voted for him and still upset that he lost, but I do hope that instead of an Ice Wand he drops an Enchantment Book called "Frost Aspect" which is interchangable with Fire Aspect but only one can be applied on a sword at a time, basically it would Freeze enemies

    I'd be fine with this but I don't think it should drop an ice wand. Minecraft magic system if it ever adds spells should be more sandboxy and limiting spells only to elemental wands would be a shame. I'd prefer an ice spell scroll since that can be made part of a greater system later.

    Make it live in the ice cave as if it was "lost" and it's structure will be something like a library-like where the Iceologer get its ice magic, will be an amazing reference to the Ice King's castle from Adventure Time.
