Increase level cap

Increase the level cap to allow build diversity. At the current max level of 100, you can only have one set of fully enchanted gears. Switching gears requires you to travel back to town, disenchant the old gears, then re-enchant the new ones.

Pls make lvl cap 999,999,999 for the lols (plus if anyone reaches that, why would they need more levels?)
