A new biome that only spawns underneath the "Pale Garden" Biome, "The Angelic City". It would be Home to the "Weeping Warden", its like a warden but its made of stone, and like the creaking, only moves when you look away. It also would have a new design and would be Almost pleasant looking with carvings on it, and it would make a crunching or cracking sound when it moves. I think it would be a very cool mob to add and go with the Pale Garden biome vibe.
And the "Angelic Ruins" would be a place to mark, like the Azelia trees, where a "Angelic City" May be located. adventure which would be perilous and risky but worth the reward. It would be very cool to add a new armor set or tool that you can find down there or craft from items found there, probably including the "Resin" item. It would most likely be like the ancient city but would have no skulk, and would be made of stone, not deepslate, which would be a very cool and fresh addition for the underground structures and biomes. And I think that very valuable items and weapons should spawn in there because it would already be a very rare biome only spawning under Pale Gardens.
And I think adding a new torch would also be very cool, "The Pale Torch", as I am sure you have guessed it would glow grey and be found spawning naturally in the Angelic City. It would be cool for lighting and the noir affect on builds, which would be very useful when making a world to be bought on the marketplace and add noir vibes.
