Make the foliage at the Crimson and Warped Trees Decay Like normal Leaves

Ever since the Nether trees were introduced back in 1.16 one thing about them has always irritated me to no end. The Red and Blue foliage after the logs have been chopped down will for some reason just not decay and remain floating there making farming the two nether exclusive wood types incredibly slow and tedious due to having to manually clear away the foliage left behind.

That's why i suggest to port over the same code from the normal overworld trees leaves to the red and blue foliage an top of the nether trees so that they will naturally decay away after the logs have been chopped down. Manually placed blocks of that foliage just like with normal leaves will not decay and instead stick around forever as they should.

This would make it easier farming those wood types and would have the nether doted with less Crimson or Warped Tree tops left floating around that are an absolute eyesore as of right now.

I hope that they make this simple but very impactful quality of life change with the nether trees foliage.
