Potion of rejuvenating (only for mobs which has baby versions)

Potion of rejuvenating:

We do love baby mobs in Minecraft (and me too). I want a method to make adult mobs to make and turn them baby, because currently theres no any method to make them baby, of course only work on mobs which has baby versions unlike Skeleton or Creeper etc. The effect would look similar when Zombie Villager transforming into villager with golden apple and potion of weakness. It would be amazing for making much more baby foxes to trust player, a lot of baby foxes.

Requirements:

-Brewing (+ Blaze powder to make it work)

-Poisonous Potato

Pois Pot because the useless would turn into a useful item at least for once now, not just eating and poisoning health with it. Also its a rare item, even from potato farming, rarity would make more sense now.

Only Lingering or Splash would can be brewed (Players wouldnt feel any effect)
