Strays should be equipped with the Arrow of Freezing.

The winter update will introduce the "Arrow of Freezing." Just as being attacked by Frozen Zombies inflicts a freezing effect, I think a new variant of Strays that carry the Arrow of Freezing should be added, or all existing Strays should be equipped with it.
