Iceland biome/black sand

I am just a 13 year old but I think my idea could work and is pretty good. I think there could be a new biome the theme would be Iceland inspired white colored water so that waters could also be colored and new colored water buckets could be added to the game also the main thing would be the black sand and the biome would be no trees or very few, black sand, white water like ocean or lakes. Also sand dunes or volcans and geysers.
