The Sift

The sift needs to be useful like the nether or end. It needs a reason to be visited. The nether has netherite and wither skulls to get a beacon. The end has the elytra. The sift should give a way to make portals between locations allowing you to create bases far apart but be accessed as quickly as going to the end or nether.
