Underhang/Underglow Trees and Biome (End Update Content Ideas)

I imagine an End Update would carry lots of inspiration over from Minecraft Dungeons' Echoing Void DLC so we could probably expect more verticality in terrain generation, yellow foliage on top of the islands, and various ender creatures. A yellow wood type that doesn't look like bamboo might make some builders happy but I had a new idea.
I thought it would be cool if there was a type of tree that grew on the underside of some islands. I imagine the bark to be a very dark blue while the inside wood color would be a greenish hue filling that spot in the plank color wheel. The trees might have greenish blue leaves and would grow upside down on the underside of endstone.
Harvesting them would be quite interesting as the leaves would create a bit of a "floor" to walk on (or parkour between canopies). Obviously, destroying the trunk would leave the leaves to decay, gradually eliminating your platform. However, some of the leaves would have glowing "fruits" on them that can be picked like sweet berries or glow berries. These "fruits" would act as the sapling for this tree. It would be intended that you pick them before destroying the trunk. Any leaves that don't have their fruits picked might drop them when they break.
The fruits might also be used to brew potions of levitation with the same duration as slow falling potions. (1:30, 4:00 when extended) This could prove useful for harvesting the trees especially if this End Update also adds a grappling hook type item.
