suggestions for sift dimension

Can we make the sift dimension so that its the final stage of the game, like after defeating the ender dragon, players are expected to conquer the ancient city and go to the sift for the highest tier end game loot. if possible, can the following be added:

• sifite armor. crafted with sifite ore found in the new dimension. you need an upgrade tempate to place this on existing netherite armor. its a blue - purple color. or make it crafted with diamond armor
• new enchanting mechanics. add a new type of enchanting table that consumes sifite ingots and diamods or smt and allows for enchantments that are end ciy level
• a new final boss. the sift dimension needs a final boss. it could be like an OP warden that drops key crafting recipies like a sifite core for the enchanting table or smt.
