Water proved Glass

I think Minecraft should add Water-Proof Glass. This type of glass would allow players to build underwater structures, aquariums, tunnels, and bases without water flowing through the glass. It could work like normal glass, but would prevent water from passing through it while still allowing players to see through. This would make underwater building much easier and give players more possibilities for creative builds.
