The ice ball crafting recipe

Ice ball from winter drop should be craftble.

My idea: It can be crafted from one paced ice on crafting table OR it can be mined by pickaxe (without silk touch)

and have a drop chance 12,5%

    Perhaps Ice Balls should be craftable with one snowball, one cobblestone, and one blue ice (or maybe packed ice).

    This would be a fun reference to naughty kids who put hard things in their snowballs!

    the only time this is really necessary is if you're playing in peaceful mode when frozen zombies don't spawn but at that point it could just be a mod.
    an alternative could be
    remember how easy it is to turn a zombie into a frozen zombies that drop them so just get a zombie mob spawner farm that automatically freezes them.
