Bedrock Creating Marketplace Content

Make an update where people who are on console or mobile be able to create add-ons if they have permission by minecraft. You would be able to make a 1 submission of a map or addon a month to a person and they could accept or decide your offer and put it on the marketplace. People on bedrock could make custom textures, sounds, dimension, and more. I think it is a good idea.
