New Ore for Upgrading Netherite

Add a new ore exclusive to the dimension The Sift. This ore could be used to upgrade Netherite equipment. The upgrade would be performed using an Upgrade Template. The player would place the Netherite equipment, the Upgrade Template, and the new ore in the Smithing Table. The upgraded armor would have a new level of progression. The new ore would be rare and found exclusively in The Sift. This would encourage players to explore the new dimension. The upgrade could provide new attributes or increased durability. This way, Netherite would remain relevant even after the introduction of new content.
