Ice Caves Additions

The Ice Caves in the next drop is nice, but some things I was expecting were other features like Frozen Water, where the water is freezing cold, and if you stay in the water for too long, you freeze to death. This should be easy to add, since the freezing mechanic already exists in-game from the powder snow.
Also, a new mob that'd be found above the Ice Caves on ice lakes or snowy tundras are Penguins. Just like in the last mob vote, Penguins would make your boats faster, but they should also slide around and shed feathers, which can be used to craft A Penguin Feather Block, which is a new decorative block you can use to cushion big falls or make fancy rugs and wallpaper designs.
