Icicle idea

It would be cool if the icicles do more dmg than dripstone and give freezing but completely shatter on use (in both stalagmite (depending on how high you fall) and stalactite versions) and can only be obtained with silk touch. This distinguishes it more from dripstone and adds more diversity in fall traps
