Small Loyalty Change

So, Loyalty, the enchantment that you put on tridents, which causes thrown tridents to come back to the user. This is a really cool enchantment, but I wanted to give it a bit more use. Tridents that are coming back to the user can now damage mobs, however it will only deal half the damage it originally would've done, so its not that op. In case you were attempting to hit a target, but you overshot, you could still gain a possible hit on them.
