I believe a villager update and increase would be great. An increase to villager occupations, roles, and interactive. Possibly for creating towns, cities, or kingdoms. For instance: A innkeeper: a keg job block (combining a barrel and lever in crafting table) to sell milk buckets, beds, hay beds, etc., and buy buckets, wool, foods, or other. The job block could also increase wandering traders spawning within a 30 block range, or decrease cooldown timer for wandering traders in range. With a village building being an Inn with rooms with hay beds, like a motel. A lumberjack: job block could be a wood cutter (similar build to stone cutter) buys and sells wood types, axes, saplings, etc. A horse trainer: a job block combined from saddle, rope, and wood. Buys apple stacks, and sells baby horses and horse equipment (possibly a horse cart for expanding storages). With a stable village shop. A beekeeper job, florist job, split the stonecutter jobs into an above y-0 and below y-0 stonecutter occupations, pirate ships like pillager outposts, randomly generated cobblestone roads with spawning highwaymen mobs, abandoned castles with smaller overworld dragons (similar to mansions in concept rarity), healers with expensive potions, sheriff's that patrol able to heal 1 golem a day (population requirement), mining occupation to sell expensive minecarts/rails/etc., recycler that buys damaged equipment, bounty job to buy hostile drops, and more, for an urban/city expansion/world emersion.
