Snow owl tame

Recently I have been playing Ark a ton. The main reason I love it is the diversity and huge variety of creatures you can tame. I would like if minecraft had something similar, seeing as there are only like 5 tameable mobs with only half of them being useful. Imagine climbing to the top of a mountain to be greeted by an owl the size of an iron golem. The snow owl would be neutral and would have 30 health and would do 6 damage, but gives the freezing effect for 20 ticks. You could tame them with salmon or cod. It would take 10-20 of them to tame it, but it would be worth it. Once tamed, you could craft a saddle to ride them. Maybe add a stamina bar that depletes like oxygen when riding it, that way it isn't op and doesn't ruin the Elytra. Please add this, I would love to see more tames in the game.
