DRESSING ROOM

Please return the dressing room to being an offline feature. It’s extremely irritating having a custom skin uploaded for it to simply vanish ,when you go offline and are unable to change it without internet. Even though the skin is not marketplace content or related to any purchases that require verifying to be used.
