Shearing Block Entities

I believe you should be able to use the shear item on entities containing blocks (e.g. the chestboat, hopper minecart, in hindsight this only applies to boats and miecarts but still applies) much like you can do with the happy ghast and its saddle, or the horse and its', etc. 

or, make all of them removable in a ui interface like the saddle and armor being available on horses or chests on mules, it would be funny to see that on the happy ghast UI

maybe even adding chests themselves to the happy ghast like a moving encampment
