Fletching tables upgrade arrows

I was thinking that fletching tables should upgrade arrows and not be completely useless, upgraded arrows can have more durability and damage, for example, if you shoot a zombie with a resin arrow (3 durability, _ hearts damage) it will drop with the zombie when you kill it, giving that arrow 2 durability left, Mojang can decide the damage of the arrow types listed below. Resin arrow: 3 durability Quartz arrow: 4 durability Amethyst arrow: 5 durability
