Glass panes

Can you make it so that when placing glass panes next to each other on PS5 to make a bigger window, for example a 4x4 window of glass panes, could you remove the edges of each panes so when places next to each other they just make a bigger pane with no discernible line in between like placing 2 chests to make a bigger chest. There are mods for it but obviously ps5 doesn’t support mods and it would make builds look sleeker and nicer. Many thanks :)
