The gold horn would be crafted like the copper horn but with gold, and would play single notes with varying octaves depending on what direction the player is facing. The note would depend on the variant of goat horn used to craft the horn. The cooldown would be faster than regular goat horns and copper horns since it would just play single notes, which as a bonus would also tie into the association gold items have with speed. Gold already has an association with music in game as well with its use with note blocks and bells. This solution would allow for players to both have fun with the preset music of copper horns while allowing for creativity for the more musically inclined players, similar to how we have both the jukebox and the noteblock, which both appeal to different types of players. You could also use a different material to accomplish this, but gold just seemed to be the best fit while still feeling kind of plausible.
