Choose hand model on initial startup! (Left handed awareness)

I just don't think it's right for Minecraft to force everyone to be right handed by default. Left handed people exist and their struggles should be acknowledged! This feature would add an initial startup prompt, like the annoying "narrator" one that already exists just appended somewhere.
This feature would bring awareness to a feature that many don't even know exists and help left handed folk feel more at home with the game.
