Flipper Flying Anklet Boots (HERMES HEELS)

Special boots based off Namor, that allows players to swim at top speed in water and temporarily fly in mid-air. Walk underwater to swim/sprint at the speed of depth strider 3, and sprint underwater for a 7 sec boost similar to riptide. Temporarily flying would be like using a new Minecraft jetpack with a bar similar to the one for horse jumping but shows flight durability. Flight for these flippers last up to 7 seconds. Flight durability refills on its own after a brief pause. No flight when stamina/hunger is low but swimming speed remains the same without the ability to boost. Launch out of water like a dolphin with these flying flippers too! Wearing these while piloting a rideable mob can positively alter its speed, jump height, or leap distance, and allows for no fall damage to be taken when riding for both the player and the mob.
