New Coral Village and coral tree variant!

Make underwater villages made out of the new coral trees that generate underwater. There are 2 ways this could work:

• 1. The trees can be generated underwater and you grow them like any other tree.
• 2. The trees will be generated underwater, and to grow them you need to submerge trees underwater and wait for them to rot into a coral tree that can also grow coral on it's sides. Similar to the drowned.

For the village, we can add more jobs for the villagers to do underwater! They can now sell sea lanterns, coral and other sea blocks. We also should get more coral variants like smooth coral. To keep people's builds from rotting from the water: water can only make wood rot if the wood was naturally generated by chunks or by a player. This could also make for pillager outposts underwater or new structures underwater too!
