Copper-Powered Rails

This would be a new addition, as opposed to a replacement of powered rails - It works exactly like a powered rail and thus can be powered, with two key differences: It can make minecarts go at even faster speeds than powered rails, and could stack speed with each rail, up until a certain set speed that could be determined by the rail's oxidation level (Maybe the oxidation could do the opposite and slow down minecarts too). The second key difference is that it is made of copper, making it a cheaper, more affordable alternative to gold. I believe this addition would perfectly suit the game, and it does not mess with the technical side of Minecraft, but rather it would add to it with faster or slower minecarts. Slower minecarts could prove useful for furnace arrays for example, so it can spread items a bit more evenly. In the early game it would not nullify the usage of normal rails due to its oxidation making minecarts slower but perhaps the crafting could also produce less rails, thus adding more value to copper!
