Quality of Life Improvement - Bed Rework

This Rework aims to make bed usage less restrictive by changing the sleeping conditions.

- Sleeping anytime in the Overworld -
You'd be able to sleep anywhere, at any time in the overworld.

However, Time won't be skipped and Weather won't be cleared until the same conditions as current beds are met. (That being no monsters nearby and either during a Thunderstorm and/or at night.)

The Nether and The End would be unaffected, as sleeping is completely off-limits in those Dimensions to begin with.
