I propose adding the ability to apply slime to a block; then, when two blocks touch, they would stick together.
I realize the game already has a slime block, but this would be a more convenient alternative, since crafting a full block requires more slime.
It would also add versatility to Redstone mechanisms, as slime could replace slime blocks in certain situations.
The same could apply to honey: it could be applied to any block to make them stick together.
We could also add special features—for instance, a slimeball could be thrown; wherever it lands, a patch of slime would appear, slowing players down and repelling them from the surface.
A honey clump could work similarly: throwing it would slow players down, but instead of repelling them, it would stick them in place.
