Improved snow biomes

Grass can be found randomly on the ground in snow biomes. Due to grass not being able to sit on snow, there is no snow layer underneath it. The grass exposes the green grass block underneath it and highlights the difference in depth between a block and a block with snow on top. This makes the snow biomes look patchy and makes the green stand out more than it should. 

I think if grass could sit on snow, potentially even have a snowy texture on the grass itself, would exponentially improve the look and feel of snowy biomes.
