Pillager Cowboy + Desert Outpost Update

I suggest adding Pillager Cowboys riding horses in Desert and Plains biomes! NEW MOB: - Pillager riding horse with saddle and banner - Faster and harder to escape during raids - Carries crossbow or lasso NEW ITEMS: - Lasso: to catch mobs and players - Cowboy Hat: armor piece, +speed on horse - Spurs: makes horses run faster NEW STRUCTURE: - Desert Outpost made of sandstone - Has fences, hitching posts, and horses - Night "Duel" event with Sheriff Vindicator This would make deserts more exciting and add western vibes! Thank you Mojang 💚
