There seems to be a lack of server locations in the United States, which makes the servers lag quite a bit in turn, please add more servers across the states and PR, personally am writing from Puerto Rico

Waste of money. It does not support transferring a Minecraft preview world to regular bedrock. I was scammed into playing preview by Mojang and my world is useless now.
