Add-on moderation for decorative or non achievement affecting add-ons

I was looking through the add-ons and I was like, this add-on wouldn't ever affect achievements why are achievements blocked for it, furniture and decorative mods you know? What if the community could flag add-ons as non-acheivement affecting, like for example furniture and the camera mod, like taking a photo to put in your house, or mods that have new trees/colors that wouldnt really touch the achievements due to being decorative, or even clothing mods which wouldnt have achievements either or affect the current armor achievements? And if you have at least three flags on one that's the one moderated for if it affects achievements that way there's less work on it for everyone involved and things that have been moderated already get a notice on the add-on under the name! That way someone can't flag it again for moderation and will already know if said mod-pack will have to have achievements disabled!
