Add a controllable hot air balloon as an air transport

Traveling long distances overland and across oceans is often inconvenient. A hot air balloon would be a great addition as a slow but steady air transport. It could carry 1 player and 1–2 chests for supplies, be fueled by coal or hay bales, and move with basic directional controls. This would give players a new, thematic way to explore the world without relying on boats, minecarts, or horses.
