Standard bricks (regular, Nether, and resin) only come in the small-brick pattern; why isn't there a large-brick variant?
Conversely, stone bricks (stone, deepslate, tuff, cinnabar, sulfur, blackstone, and end stone) only come in the large-brick pattern.
Also, only stone bricks and Nether bricks have "cracked" versions.
There are blocks made of small cubes, like chiseled copper or purpur (2x2), as well as dark prismarine (4x4).
Pillar variants exist only for quartz and purpur.
Mossy versions exist only for cobblestone and stone bricks.
Inconsistent naming: "polished" (granite, diorite) versus "smooth" (sandstone, quartz, stone).
There are no brick variants for diorite, granite, or andesite, yet there are for cinnabar and sulfur.
There is a lack of wall variants for many stone types.
We could have two types, similar to Nether bricks.
For example, crafting with the small-brick pattern could yield a fence, while the large-brick pattern yields a wall.
Nether bricks and quartz bricks have unique brickwork textures that include squares alongside the bricks.
There is also deepslate tile, which has a unique texture: the first layer is 4 pixels high, the second and third are 3 pixels, and the last is 2 pixels.
Only stone and deepslate have "cobbled" versions (cobblestone and cobbled deepslate). I understand why blocks like end stone, blackstone, and netherrack don't have them, but why aren't there versions for granite, andesite, diorite, sandstone, basalt, cinnabar, and sulfur?
