The Problem:
Right now, Minecraft only has one type of flower pot. Its light brown, traditional terracotta color completely clashes with darker, moodier blocks like Blackstone, Nether Bricks, Basalt, and Deepslate. Putting Nether vegetation (like Crimson or Warped Fungi) into a bright brown pot ruins the atmosphere of dark bases and Nether builds.
The Solution:
Introduce a Nether Brick Flower Pot!
The Recipe:
Crafted exactly like a normal flower pot, but using three Nether Brick items instead of regular clay bricks.
The Appearance:
A beautiful, dark maroon/charcoal color that perfectly matches the existing Nether Brick texture.
The Mechanics:
Functions identically to a standard flower pot. It holds all flowers, saplings, fungi, and cacti.
Consistency:
We already use regular bricks for regular pots. Using Nether Bricks for a Nether variant fits Minecraft's crafting logic perfectly.
More Nether Utility:
It gives players a fun new decorative use for Netherrack and Nether Bricks.
A 10-Year-Old Builder Request:
Builders have wanted a dark-toned plant container for a decade. It would instantly look incredible in Nether vaults, castle dungeons, and Deepslate caves.
