Add the Komodo Dragon to Minecraft
I would like to suggest adding the Komodo Dragon as a new neutral mob in Minecraft.
Habitat:
Komodo Dragons could spawn naturally in Savanna and Badlands biomes, especially in warm and dry areas.
Behavior:
Komodo Dragons would normally be neutral toward players, but they would defend themselves when attacked. They could move slowly most of the time, briefly run when chasing prey or escaping danger, swim through water, hunt smaller passive mobs, and rest in warm areas. They would generally avoid players unless threatened.
Poisonous Bite:
The Komodo Dragon could have a poisonous bite that gives players or other mobs a short Poison effect. The effect should be weak and short-lasting to keep the mob balanced.
Breeding:
Komodo Dragons could be bred using raw meat. Baby Komodo Dragons would be smaller and more cautious than adults.
Drops:
A Komodo Dragon could drop a small amount of Leather when killed. It would not need a powerful or unique drop.
Why add it?
The Komodo Dragon would fit Minecraft's existing wildlife while adding more variety to warm biomes. It could make Savannas and Badlands feel more alive without introducing complicated mechanics or significantly changing gameplay. It would be a natural addition to Minecraft's ecosystem.
