In Minecraft Bedrock 26.51, the Vibrant Visuals brightness setting appears to affect normal/Fancy graphics even when Vibrant Visuals is disabled.
I noticed that my normal graphics had an unusual washed-out/darker color and lighting tone. I found that my Vibrant Visuals brightness had been changed from the default.
Steps to reproduce:
1. Enable Vibrant Visuals.
2. Increase the Vibrant Visuals brightness above the default 100%.
3. Disable Vibrant Visuals.
4. Enter a world using normal/Fancy graphics.
5. The normal graphics still appear affected by the Vibrant Visuals brightness setting.
6. Enable Vibrant Visuals again.
7. Reset the Vibrant Visuals brightness to the default 100%.
8. Disable Vibrant Visuals.
9. The normal graphics return to their normal appearance.
I also experienced a custom skin loading issue at the same time. My custom skin would not load and showed “A local or platform skin could not be loaded.” After resetting the Vibrant Visuals brightness to 100%, my skin started loading normally again. I am not sure whether the two issues are connected.
